My first attempts at BIR cooking.

Post by tcw »

Here's some photos of my initial attempts at BIR cooking - I went with rice, naan, base and tikka masala from Dan Toombs, "The Curry Guy".

I'm happy with the naan and rice, but the tikka masala isn't quite what I'm after - I guess I'm about to start searching for the 'right' recipe.

Thanks @Marktheshark - once I've found one I like I plan to branch out and try some different curries!
