Looks like the dogs dinner but this beef vindaloo was awesome 8-)

Blades tikka marinade (24 hours)
Rshome Vindaloo mix
My Base gravy
8 hour slow cooked beef
Then cooked BIR style using the gravy from slow cooker.

Mmm I'm really looking forward to trying a vegetable version of this! Vindaloo is one of my favorites!
