Love the colour of that Tabs - nice one indeed . How did it taste then ?
A curry can never be ‘too garlicky’ or ‘too hot’ .....

I only had a spoonful or Two Myself after cooking and it tasted nice no initial mouth burn (i used Kashmiri chilli powder)
but it gave a nice growing burn, ive taken it to my Daughters see what the young ans think. Ill let you know :)
While im here i made his madras last night fantastic i had half and i gave a neighbour half still waiting feedback.

To save you some time i used the Zaal base and mixed powder.

Vinders, son in law said it was spot on that was nice to hear :)
The Madras i gave to Neighbour ive not seen her since haha i think shes dead 4 :lol:
