Saturday night dinner
Front left is CA's Ceylon, back left my recipe Korma, the two on the right are BI's Vindaloo, the front one being hotter than mine at the back.
My youngest son & his girlfriend are staying for a few days next week, have to have a think on what to make. It's pretty tiring cooking four on the trot, but very rewarding.

Looks good, Pauly, I see the pooch was looking rather jealous ... What about a large Biriani with some dhal? You could do that in 2 pots and maybe a frying pan.
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

Sounds like good reasoning there GB.
That dog actually dislikes anything to do with curry, cake is her thing, if I'm using up the pre cooked chicken stock, I have to be careful not to give her any.
