A bitsa

Post by pauly »

I couldn't decide what to have last night & looking in the fridge, there was half an onion, one chilli. In the cupboard there was a couple of cloves of garlic left open.

I coarsely chopped the onion & fried it with the chopped garlic, added the green chilli, then mix powder, chilli powder & kashmiri chilli, tomato puree, methi leaves & base gravy, all done as usual.

Surprisingly, it was really good, savoury & full of flavour.

Looks good, pauly. Can't go wrong with using whatever ingredients are to hand and by following the basic BIR process.... 8-)
