My wife is vegetarian and likes the Quorn dish for a change.

Looking good Drago, I like how your rice colors are all over the place. I tend to do the same.

If your wife likes cheese, you can also try to do some paneer!

On my recent restocking trip to Newcastle NSW I picked up a pack of Soy Wadi dried TVP chunks. http://www.desimart.com/Bansi-Soya-Chunks-7oz

If cooked until tender and with the right seasonings you'd swear you were eating chicken... might be to your wife's taste. I usually do them in a sweet and sour sort of gravy like I used to get in a Southern Indian eatery in Brisbane.
I've heard of Quorn but it's not common in Australia, I believe it's popular in the UK?
