Never had a doubt that your's weren't genuine rsaha :yes:

The coriander chicken is a lovely curry, we have a recipe in her old BBC book.

What makes the first and last pics is contrast. The food and the background separate nicely.

The middle pic which you found less successful there's very little contrast between the food and the background.

Afitzgibbon - please do upload your pics. Discouraging you is the exact opposite of what I want to do... In fact, if you would post your recipe that would be even better. I love a good staff curry and am thinking of making one tomorrow!

Thanks guys. It actually took me three different shoots over a couple months to get that picture. Not a hardship, mind you. I do love tandoori chicken :):
