Tonight's curry action

TikkaTom chicken and veg Balti, very close to spec but halved as i only had 300ml of base. Added a bit of Kashmiri chili, omitted sugar.

Westy's dhal, one of my all time faves.

Pilau rice loosely based on a couple of recipes, but mostly CA

Excellent work!!!, that looks so nice, my curry action is tomorrow night, so I will have to wait, but that as put me in the mood for a taste sensation. :thumbup:

That's a great looking plate of food there crmdgnly - I could very easily polish that off right now :thumbup:
A curry can never be ‘too garlicky’ or ‘too hot’ .....
