Very pleased with this one, it is very identical to the one I have bought from the BIR takeaway.

Been on my list of recipes to try (I tend to not like to try recipes of dishes I've never had from a BIR)

Which recipe did you use?
I am the unbearable scorcher of tikkas!

This again was Julians. Have only just started cooking BIR curries and his ebook was the first I bought. Recipes seem good although I have started to adapt them a little to my own taste. i.e. More Oil and more tomato paste, and watered base gravy down more.
