Chicken Bhuna with Spinach

Made this using CA's recipe for bhuna, can't find it anywhere to post a link to, but i only used 150ml base and reduced the hell out of it.
Very tasty indeed and flavours being more intense due to the amount of reduction.

Dry as a bone Frank. Probably a tad too dry for me but this is probably what an authentic Bhuna should be like. I've had bhunas in restaurants which were as saucey as baltis! I think sometimes the takeaways and restaurants are scared of serving dry dishes.

I like the dry look I would love to have it with a plain paratha
