Cheers Cartz64.
This was CA's recipe, first time I've tried it. Must say with the yogurt it worked really well on the BBQ, especially the burnt in bits. You know you've got a good one when you cant stop picking at it.

Cheers guys.
The pitta breads are easy to do and much better than you get in the shops. They also freeze and reheat very well.

Hey steve, great looking food there! The naan bread looks on the money! Did you leave it all day to rise like Chris does?

Re: Chicken Tikka (Rotisserie Style)
Hi Westy. Aldi chicken thigh fillets. Cheap as chips. £2.50 for half kilo. Good size and well trimmed. I bag and freeze the tikka cuttings and use in kebabs or wraps for work. Also great on pizza
Hi Steve. That Naan recipe is Chris's recipe to the letter. You do need to let it rise again over a longer time as there's no yeast. Feels very different at first to a yeast based dough, slightly heavier, but very elastic so I don't roll it much, more a tease into shape like you would a pizza. That way you'll hopefully retain more air and have a better rise on the cook.

Looks good, Aldi's at the end of the road and an unused BBQ with and electric rotisserie in the shed, next weekend looks good for chicken tikka kebabs

Re: Chicken Tikka (Rotisserie Style)
Hi Bandit. When you got to aldi, check that the chicken thigh fillets are fairly large or they''ll be difficult to put onto the rotisserie. Recently their chicken thigh fillets have been quite small. If you've got 7-8 in a pack, i'd give them a miss and try Lidl.
