CA's jalfrezi and onion bhaji
Second BIR curry attempt- CA's jalfrezi and Bhaji, My rice, Kanak's naan
Both excellent and tasty with great aroma.
Plain basmati.
Kanak's kitchen naan.
Struggling with naans at the moment but i'll get there!

So well presented it seems almost criminal to stick the fork in.
If you were really flash you could put the bhaji's on a slow turning lazy susan so that they could be picked off

Wow cartz, that looks amazing. Love the jalfrezi appearance and presentation on those excellent looking bahjis! I'll have to serve mine in that fashion next time.

Thanks steve really appreciate those kind words.
I really love(and always have done) garnishing and making food look nice!
If only I could do my naans as good as some of you I would be happy!

Yep I like presentstion too when I spend a bit more time serving up. I found naans incredibly difficult and something I've had to practice over time to get better results.
