First BIR curry attempt
My first go at BIR.
CA,s base and Pilau rice.
rshomes123 vindaloo.
Al's pre-cooked lamb.
The rice was very tasty, the lamb was lovely and tender(1 hour simmer pre-cook)
The vindaloo was the best I've had(I did add a couple of green chilies because i am a heat head!)
Altogether, although a lot of work, a superb curry.
Thanks rsh, Al, CA for your recipes.

cart64 - welcome, and I am glad that you had such a great first experience of cooking from this site. "Get in there" and make some more recipes and then post a few of your own, please.

Get you with your fancy presentation cartz
Seriously , they look great - BIR can look really good with a little effort ( and natural flair ) ... I must make more effort instead of 'head down , ar*e up' straight in to eat it

A curry can never be ‘too garlicky’ or ‘too hot’ .....
