A curry can never be ‘too garlicky’ or ‘too hot’ .....

Tom - yes, a coriander weather system moved in as I was taking this picture. Happens sometimes here in the winter in Canada. Bit unpredictable.

Thanks guys. No reservations required. Plane ticket though...

Those look outstanding, the texture looks utterly superb. Makes me realise I still have a lot to learn.
