Thanks again guys

It was curry-nights recipe. I've done it a couple of times before and it's a great dish. I clearly messed up somewhere along the way. Was still good but not as good as it had been before.

I'm still very much a beginner and I know that because the more I cook, the more I realise how much I still have to learn.
