I've developed a new recipe for tarka daal, a few changes to the previous one. Will post it some time

Very tasty looking spread there SP. :thumbup: And there's nothing wrong with curry and chips. :cool2:

Hi Dan

Those strips on the right hand dish are fried potato. That's how sali dishes are usually prepared. Adds a nice texture to contrast the curry sauce.
