Re: Alchemist's BIR Curry Action
Cheers CA. The photo was of a dish similar to MBCs Retro Madras, which I have cooked before and posted a review of on the thread. I played around with it this time, adding some homemade chilli paste, which I think improved it even more. I think this is now my favourite dish on the forum, especially when made with beef.
Re: Alchemist's BIR Curry Action
Thanks for posting Alchy - looks fantastic. What base are you using these days?

Garam, I've been using rshome's base. Nice and easy to make and creates great curries.
Re: Alchemist's BIR Curry Action

Re: Alchemist's Curries & Accompaniments
Alchy, I have moved your recent photos to a new thread. Please start a new thread for new, discrete, topics. I do not want long, rambling, unfocused, threads (which, as you are no doubt aware, is why I closed the "what's you curry action tonight" thread). I have also retitled this thread accordingly.
PS: You should rather be posting stuff about specific recipes (e.g. MBC's Madras) in the associated recipe threads.
