First gravy made!

Hi

We finally cooked our curry from scratch, it tasted amazing we were so pleased with the results. It did take a while but I'm sure with more practice we will get quicker. The gravy is all packed up and in the freezer for next time though so that is a time saver. Pictures below thanks for the tips

Free poppadoms and pickles with orders over £15. Tuesday nights only before 6pm.

Thank you all. We used a link from Al's kitchen... Very pleased with the taste...Yes the dabba is great.
My husband made himself a chicken madras and me a mushroom and spinach one there were delicious.
Pilau rice next time :yahoo:

Once you have 'the taste' and you know you've made that , there's no going back - prepare to be obsessed :thumbup:
A curry can never be ‘too garlicky’ or ‘too hot’ .....

That's a nice drop of the Amber liquid, plenty to go at there, well done 8-)
