It's a recipe I have made lots of times but not BIR style, so adapted using base gravy, CA's spice mix 1 and added fresh diced tomatoes.

That is a superb looking curry there Rusty, but I'm puzzled. Is it a small dish or do you have giant coriander (like the elephant garlic) where you come from? If so, I'd like you to support my imminent visa application ....

The chicken pieces are huge GB normal size serving dish,so yes large coriander

Had another crack at this dish tonight I used the last of my marinated chicken which changed the colour to more red but I am really liking this dish minimal spices and tastes fresh but works better using unmarinated meat.
