Cheers - it went down well with a few beers, would have took some more pics but it didn't last long.
The CTNB is a slightly modded version of the bhuna posted by 976bar with fresh naga and green chilli - Definately up there with one of the best I've made..
The naan receipe is from DanToombs - very simple and always get good results from it.
Onion Bahji's are based on CA's
Most of the curries I make are variants of CA's or CT's
