Hi Alchemist,
I admire the fact that you prefer to spend the effort of cooking several dishes in one go than cooking one at a time on an as-needed basis! Both dishes look good, but I'm not very familiar with either of these, in the pictures which one is which? are these Julian's dishes?

Hi Goncalo. First is the Dhal and second pic the Jafflong. I use a Kris Dhillons base at the moment, but keen to try others to see what effect this has.
I was a bit disappointed with both these dishes this time, as I scaled them up to be larger portions and they didn't come out the same.
