Looks great gc, but is that all that remains of your taste tester? :nuke:
"Don't burn the spices" is the most dangerous truism of all - because it's incomplete. It should be "Don't burn the spices but do cook them!"
You'll never make BIR if you're too cautious frying your spices.....

Haha... it could very well be, as I ate beyond my normal limits and felt like I was dying later on. I seriously need to learn to estimate an average portion size. :)
