Loving the big, blistery naans and the CTM. 5 days to recover before you posted - that's some hangover, and they say we Scots are bad.
"There is no such thing as too much oil; just an insufficiency of naan".

Looks great, Craig. Which recipe did you use for the naans? Impressed that the peshwari naans still puffed up nicely. Which filling did you use? Did you stick the filling inside?

Re: New Years Eve feast
If I could cook naan like that I would be a happy man. As is, I am a grumpy old git

Re: New Years Eve feast
Thanks for all the comments. The naan recipe is happychris, cant go wrong with it, if I can do it anyone can. Im not sure where the Peshwari recipe came from, somewhere on the internet but I dont think it was here. With the Peshwari I just put a golf ball size of the mix on a disc of naan, close the naan around it and roll it out. It just produced one large bubble when cooking which I burst

Looks great. I also suffer from peshwari naan inflation, but I don't prick them - they go down on their own.
Sorry if that all sounds like it should be on one of those medical forums

Re: New Years Eve feast
I assume you are cooking these on gas. I have ceramic hob and mine are not as good
Re: New Years Eve feast
Its the no yeast recipe I use. And yes cooked over a gas hob. Simular results can be had under a gas grill
