Asian Breakfast

Post by Alchemist »

I had this last weekend as a breakfast at work from a local shop. Chickpea curry with parathas. Quite nice and very filling. I think the chickpea curries I have made myself have had more depth to them.

Wish I could get a breakfast like that near where I work. I'd be in there 5 days a week!

What's in the bag with the blue tape?

Looks OK. I'm not sure that a breakfast dish needs much depth. Best breakfast curry I had was a fish curry, tiny roti and sambal oelek on an Air Lanka flight to Colombo - slightly bland fish, adequate roti but BAM sambal, mind you. As for what's in the bag - curds of some sort???
