Hell of a meal combo there! I've only once had prawns in BIR once and it was in a tandoori sauce (no regrets, really, it was to die for. The keema naan reminds me restaurant standard (i.e crispy, thin). I'd have some of that right now :)

Do you have a recipe for precooking prawns for curries?

I used precooked frozen prawns, here, Goncalo. I simply defrosted and added them, and heated them through, towards the end of cooking.

If I use uncooked prawns, I just tumble them in the spices (before the curry base goes in).

I understand that some BIRs precook them in a deep fat fryer first. Don't really see the point in that, myself (it might help prevent overcooking them, I suppose). Of course marinating them (e.g. in garlic) can be beneficial.

Looks gorgeous! I do like Keema Naans, I will readaly admit they're my personal favourite!
