Chicken Tikka
First attempt at Chicken Tikka following Al's Kitchen recipe. Will post a pic after its cooked.

In the oven on a wire rack at 180c for 20 minutes, then going to freeze and use as pre cooked meat in my curry.

The end result or what's left of it very tasty ! Now frozen to be used in as pre cooked in curry.

We tried this just before joining the forum.
The only problem we had as with most Tikka recipes that use yoghurt was that the coating came off when cooked in a curry.

No food colouring, i presume? Why not try one of the many great tikka recipes on the forum, anvilhead? I think you might be pleasantly surprised.

Hi Cory, I did use orange food colouring but not very happy with the result I think I will try red next time, and yes will definitely look up the forum recipes.
