Hi Guys - just made my first base curry from this site. I used it in a fish madras [recipe also from this site].
The end result.....looked good and tasted great !!

Trying to upload a picture, having a bit of trouble...

Certainly looks good. Small pieces of meat or large pan?

Which type of fish did you use please Ash ?
A curry can never be ‘too garlicky’ or ‘too hot’ .....
