Chicken Tikka Saag & Onion Bhajis

Was asked to make a Chicken tikka saag for someone at work.
after some internet fereting came up with this.
Ive never tasted or made this dish before.
But i got good feed back i also through in a couple of bhajis like you do :)

I like the look of those bhaji Tabs - nice one :thumbup:
A curry can never be ‘too garlicky’ or ‘too hot’ .....

Cheers chaps
Bhajis are from mick crawfords ebook vol 1
With a few extras
2 finely chopped finger chillis
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaf
1 tsp lemon juice/ dressing

So you cooked them for 20 minutes @ 140C? One fry?
