Do Balti king prawn last night just trying to up load photos .

Made veg and prawns at end then added to Balti use small amount off butter gee to cook veg and prawns in give nice taste to balti.

Which curry base recipe, spice mix and main dish recipe did you use, please, besty?

spice mix
Coriander powder
Cumin powder
Turmeric powder
Paprika and curry powder
Garam masala
Balti paste Base gravey then tryed this as was after base with red mix put in at end got it off another site so not sure if can put site gravey up or if got copy and paste it .

I presume these are all you own recipes? If so, please post your spice mix in the Curry Powders/Spice Mixes/Masalas recipe section of the forum and your curry base recipe in the Curry Base Recipes section of the forum and your balti recipe in the appropriate Main Dish Recipes section of the forum. Then we might all be able to better follow how you're currently doing things.....

I got few main curry printed off site that I use some times but last night just done my own chille garlic king prawn to try but phone was dead so could take eny photos .
