Chicken Jalfrezi

Post by uclown2002 »

CBM's recipe from Volume 1 with addition of hpd tsp of Mr Naga, although onions and pepper 'scorched' using CA's method.

Base Gravy and Mix Powder from CBM's Volume 2, which I rate highly.

Plated with CA's Pilau rice.

One of my better ones!

hands down my favorite BIR dish (when made properly) very appetising meal there. Is it a double portion? :)
I am the unbearable scorcher of tikkas!

Splendid looking meal there uc!
"Don't burn the spices" is the most dangerous truism of all - because it's incomplete. It should be "Don't burn the spices but do cook them!"
You'll never make BIR if you're too cautious frying your spices.....
