My dinner... Chilli Chicken Tikka Masala with pilau rice. Julian C2GO recipe. Not bad. Looking for a new recipe to try though.

Yummy looking rshome. How did you rate it? I've never done that dish myself... :)

It was ok. Not quite as good as I had hoped. I think I used too much masala sauce (Julian C2G recipe) and I should have been more sparing with the tandoori masala powder (rajah). I think the addition of methi leaves didn't help considering the already bitter taste of the fresh chillis. All components of recipe were c2go except base gravy which was CA. I added two heaped tsp of jaggery to help balance things out.
