Shredded Chicken Balti

Mrs TT's mothers day meal request was a Chicken Balti "Royal Adeel Style". Slow cooked the chicken in base gravy for three hours then shredded and added to the balti. Not my idea of a good curry as every mouthful is a bit too "chickeny" but Mrs TT likes it:

Yes looking really yummy there,TT.

In my early (non BIR) curries the chicken was broken up through the sauce, so I can imagine your experience there.

This "chicken stew£ was quite popular !

I am sure you will be making this again (soon) if not for yourself !
