CA CTM + CA Jalfrezi

Post by Craig89 »

Made a couple of curries for me and the mrs on Saturday night. Went down a treat. I halved the ingrediants as i only wanted a single portion of each. Other than making the error of using hot chilli powder in the Jalfrezi and blowing my head off it was all good!

These are the nans that i had previously made and frozen. I find they defrost well and accompanied our curries nicely

Nice looking spread, Craig, thanks for taking the time and effort to post your photos 8-)

PS: Are the naans made using happy-Chris' recipe?

I'm personally not a fan of CTM, which can be problematic when cooking it (knowing how it should taste etc) but it's my Mrs favourite and she didn't leave any of it so it must have been OK.
