Nice one Gary - I can see now why your rice looked as good as it did - separately cooking the colours is time consuming and a bit of a faff but the results speak for themselves . I did my own this way once - only once though :D
A curry can never be ‘too garlicky’ or ‘too hot’ .....

It was the cheffy thing to colour, myself at home I just cook it in the spices and haldi, then top with the Tarka.
