Butter chicken my version
Here is my version of butter chicken also lemon zest & chill rice I rate this very highly

A curry can never be ‘too garlicky’ or ‘too hot’ .....

Westy I've been making this for a few years I kept tweaking this but very happy with this now! no base gravey needed for this.
CA no the chipatis are shop bought on this occasion will post the recipe soon or maybe I will do a video instead

The recipe has not been posted yet Bob .... CAB is teasing us with his photos so far , but he's happy with the dish apparently so we shouldn't have to wait too long - I mean it's not an e-book or anything

Looks incredible. Sorry, forgive my newbie question but I thought all BIR curries were made from base sauce? How do you manage to skip it?

I would guess this one involves a more traditional approach of starting with chopped onions and tomatoes. Although not mainstream BIR I am sure some restaurants do cook some dishes this way. Hopefully CAB will soon post his recipe.
