Made the other night from a recipe id
Scribbled down forgot to add auther
To scribblings so i need to do a bit
Of detective work to give credit.

They look bang on the money Tabs ! Great colour :thumbup:

Did you cook them in one go or did you use the par - cook and finish method please ?
A curry can never be ‘too garlicky’ or ‘too hot’ .....

All in one go in a medium sauce pan
Three at a time by eye
Recipe made about nine bhajis.

Found the auther it was from Mick crawfords vol 1 ebook
Made these with added extras and these are my favs


Used Chilli tikkas mixed powder for both batches
Suits bhajis.


Added 2 finally chopped finger chillis
1 tbsp coriander leaf chopped
1 tsp lemon dressing


o ye didnt use food colouring no need :)

Been a while since had my tea - could manage a couple of those Tabs. Great job. :yes:
Free poppadoms and pickles with orders over £15. Tuesday nights only before 6pm.

Tip: Cut onions. Break egg stir in , then stir in Kashmiri paste. then mix all other spices and flour in another bowl and add to onion bowl.
no water needed just three times wetted hands from running tap to mix :)
purchase a sizsable ball dont squeese and drop in :)
