Used Pabda20 recipe from youtube here



But used CA base and mixed powder

Hi CA i used Dip's recipe:



Don't know why but this recipe is the only one that "works" for me.
The naans had been frozen and defrosted naturally, then just reheated in the oven.
I loved them so did my other half. Well worth giving a go if not already tried them.
