Butter Chicken

Post by Chickenbhoona »

My local TA's Butter Chicken is a Bhoona with a Cream, Almond, and Ghee topping, not for the cardiologically challenged but sumptuous nun the less, make a Bhoona of your choice I made Rshome123's with Snoopys new base, in a separate saucepan add 6 TBLS of double cream, 2 TBLS Almond powder,1 TBLS of home made Butter Ghee, and 4/5 drops of almond essence, warm to amalgamate and spread over the Bhoona ansom!
