Looks delicious Frank...

Do you buy (if so where and how much), or make Paneer? I tried making it once, but it turned out too crumbly.

Hi rshome, i get my Paneer for 5GBP for a 1kg block at Hyperama, a cash and carry.
I have tried also to make my own but the amount it made wasn't a lot and couldn't really make a dish with it.
