Used CA recipe for Chicken Bhuna, CA can't find a link to your dish, this has to be the best one i have made to date, absolutely delicious.
I marinaded chicken, cut into smallish cubes, using Blades recipe
I added 2 frozen blocks of spinach, roughly 2 chef's spoons
Now i added the marinaded chicken raw to a hot pan with 1 tsp oil, i didn't stir, once the chicken had sealed on one side i added the spinach, then stirred it vigorously until the chicken was sealed all over and the spinach had dried up also.
Then followed recipe.
