Hi Chilli,

That's quite a few, decent looking, onion bhajis you have there (77 plus the ones you undoubtedly sampled!) :P

Would you care to share your recipe with us?

PS: I reloaded your image using the forums attachment upload function (please see here)

Cheers Cory,

I was actually looking how to upload pictures :) maybe add a button on the top menu of the message box that can directly upload images from computers?

There is a few bhajis there, I have to do them in large batches as I sell them, I will add the recipe at a later date

Cheers Chilli

It is currently at the bottom of the "message box" (i.e. "upload attachment"). Maybe this post (in addition to the above link) will help in the meantime?

Please tell us more? Where are you based? Where do you sell them?
I will add the recipe at a later date
That would be very much appreciated :D

I live in Thailand & sell frozen Indian food :)

I was originally from Manchester & started eating Indian food very young as I grew up with some Indian children that my mother used to child mind for.

Hi chilli. Very nice looking bhajis there, looking forward to the recipe. What's the best way to reheat frozen bhajis by the way? I've tried before with microwave but it either burned black spots on the underside, or they were too soggy. I'm thinking deep fry from frozen might be the way?
"Don't burn the spices" is the most dangerous truism of all - because it's incomplete. It should be "Don't burn the spices but do cook them!"
You'll never make BIR if you're too cautious frying your spices.....
