Punjabi Masala

Post by hs01 »

Hi , Punjabi Masala is a recipe by Stephen Lindsay (thanks) Don't have an exact recipe for Korma but it includes base sauce, Ground almonds or cashews (I also add some whole cashews) about a third a sachet of coconut cream, sugar and single cream, sometime put the tiniest pinch of spice mix in.
