Egg Madras..

Didn't have much in the freezer and didn't have any meat, so.....egg madras, with plain basmati rice, it was (just for a laugh and a change!)....quite nice, actually...although my wife declined!:

My local does a "Special Tandoori Mixed Grill" that is meat, gravy and a boiled egg, its one of my favorite bits :)
