My effort for tonight using:

Rshome123's Ceylon recipe
HappyChris's naan recipe with added peshwari filling
Random rice attempt! I'm still trying to get rice how I want it

Very tasty though

Thanks all

Thanks All,

I actually lied slightly, as I forgot the top naan is a normal one. The bottom naan was peshwari (which doesn't bubble up the same way a plain naan does due to the filling).

For the peshwari I just mixed coconut flour, with a little watered down mango chutney (to cut down on the sharpness). Made a stiff paste, and rolled it into the bread. To my tastebuds, was quite close to a genuine BIR peshwari
