Looks like sh*t, tastes like heaven! Halfway through prep I realised I had run out of Garam Masala but luckily had the ingredients to make a batch of the one in the E-Book. Annoying because I was keen to try Adey's Fusion one and had the ingredients but not the time. This one is still really good though. Roasted this batch just the right amount.
