Chicken Madras

Cooking today ready for a friend next week, who has come over from Greece. He has requested chicken madras, so here's my attempt. I'm satisfied with the end result, which as any cook knows means it's really very nice!
Made with CAs base, mix and recipe (from the ebook!)
