Hi all and Happy New Year
We had an Indian themed bbq for New Years Eve, I remembered to photograph right at the last minute when most had gone!
Well everyone enjoyed what I did, Lasan Tandoori chicken, CA chicken & lamb Tikka, Seekh kebabas (not sure whos recipe just one in my documents) along with tikka'd prawns, naan breads and the usual condiments + a curry sauce.
This was mine, as usual the last to eat and the chicken tikka was a little dry but very nice
Here's a present I got
Just about the hottest thing I have ever had, fruity at first then it starts to get warm, then hot, then hotter then and then
I am sweating now, thinking of it the heat lasted about 20 minutes and I only had a drop on my finger, it was fun watching others though

Looks great Will. I think I'd pass on the hot sauce though.

Looks very tasty
They've been cooking on Blue Peter, now they're sampling the dishes,
I don't normally like tomatoes John but this is delicious.

I do hope the hot chilli sauce isn't living up to its name today, Willy! Nice spread, good effort.
I made a huge batch of onion bhajis, which as ever went down well. Soaked up some of the alcohol, at least!
