Hi all,
Finished work yesterday for the christmas break and took some homemade bhajis and samosas in to work for the guys. Below are a couple of pics. The bhajis are from the new ebook and the samosas from xawaash on youtube with the addition of peas and potatoes.
Cheers
Steve

Bhajis were really nice, samosas were good, think i will increase the the spice next time as they can take a lot more seasoning,

Re: Samosa and Bhaji pics
Glad you enjoyed the Bhajis stetip, they look spot on. I've just made two more Bhaji batches tonight, taking them into work tomorrow to cheer everyone up. Had to stop the wife, kids and myself from eating too many and not leaving enough. Also made a nice mint raitha to go with these and the mushroom pakoras I also made.
