Obvious questions, which recipes did you use and what did you think of them, please?

Re: Dinner Saturday night
Thanks CA. My eldest son came for the weekend, we hadn't seen him in ages, so we did a bit of a feast for him.
Garlic Chilli Chicken/ Dopiaza, Vindaloo, Pilau Rice are my recipes, which are on the forum.
Bombay Aloo is Chukits, Butter Chicken is Sams.
The Green Chilli chutney came from an old book we have, The Classic 1000 Indian Recipes.
Chapati recipe is my wife's own, to be honest, I've never made them, the rolling out looks very fiddly.
It was all delicious, I'm particularly proud of the Pilau Rice, the credit must also go to BI who started the ball rolling.

Certainly looks like a real feast, Pauly!
So was the Pilau based on BIs recipe, Pauly?

Re: Dinner Saturday night
It was his recipe that suggested soaking the rice for an hour, something I wouldn't have tried Alchemist. He fried his spices at the end & added them as a Tarka, I fried them at the beginning & added the soaked rice to the flavoured oil. I used slightly more spices & rosewater.
