Had half a roast chicken leftover and didn't know what to do with it. Family to feed so got a portion of CA's base out the freezer. My family thought I was crazy photographing it....
Ingredients ready, except thinly sliced onion and fresh coirander
Rear l to r - 1tbs yogurt, 2 tsp lemon juice; 1 tbs g and g; 600ml warm base - I sloshed it in from the jug as cooking. front l to r - 1 1/2 tbs sugar, 4 tbs coconut milk powder, 2 tbs ground almonds; 1 tsp methi, 1 tbs mix powder, 1 tbs tomato puree; 1/2 leftover roast chicken.
Fry onions
Add tomato puree
Cook spices, g and g, yogurt and lemon juice, add base gradually and cook
Add chicken and coriander
Ready to go
Pleased to say it went down well.
Cheers,
Seafret

Re: Yesterday's tea...
You're making me drool Seafret. Fortunately I've just had a spoonful of freshly made CBM Onion Paste to satisfy the craving.
